Then I go away and Make it Make Sense on paper. You’ll come away with clarity on where you’re going wrong and a smorgasbord of solutions that’ll make our lunch look like a tiny canopé.

Package 2: The Overhaul
For agencies ready to redefine their sales approach, The Overhaul package includes everything in Package 1, plus a comprehensive strategy to cover inbound, outbound, referrals and retention.
I’ll also offer 4 support/coaching hours (calls) to get things off the ground.

Package 3: HELP!
For agencies ready for a full intervention, Package 3 is a flatpack outreach campaign in a box, but without the rubbish instructions. You’ll get everything from Packages 1 and 2, but with researched prospect lists and messaging tailored to each of them.
Three months of retainer is included for support at one day per month.

Who am I, anyway?
Growing up, I used to dream of B2B sales.
Whilst other kids hosted tea parties with their assortment of dolls and teddy bears, I’d host a roundtable with them, discussing the merits of cold emailing or the best way to move prospects through the pipeline. Barbie was particularly passionate about pricing strategies.
But seriously, my professional life has orbited around making life better for small, ambitious agencies.
